I am a Catholic religious hermit, I create art in prayerful silence. I have had a love for painting and photography from a young age. I try to convey the beauty of God's creation through my paintings and in my photography.
Artist Statement
My work is rooted in a deep love for the natural world and a sense of wonder at God’s creation. I am based in Pahoa, Hawaii. I create paintings and photography that reflect the colors, and quiet beauty found in nature all around me.
My art is inspired by the vibrant landscapes, shifting light, and rich textures of the world as I see it. Through my work, I hope to share the awe and gratitude I feel, capturing moments that celebrate both the seen and the spiritual. Each piece is a personal expression of love for creation, that I hope invites my viewers to pause, look closely, and feel the beauty that surrounds them.
